Clinical Program Supervisor - ACT Team
About The Position
Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority of Adrian MI is looking to hire a full-time Clinical Program Supervisor - ACT Team (for our Adult MI Services group). Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced behavioral health professional to lead our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. This full-time leadership position plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for adults with severe and persistent mental illness in Lenawee County. About Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority: We have been providing services to some of the most vulnerable members of the Lenawee County community for over 40 years. Our agency provides or manages a full array of services to adults and children with mental health issues, emotional disturbances, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to create a path to resilience, recovery, wellness, and self-determination.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in social work or human services field
- Licensed or certified by the State of Michigan in Social Work, Psychology or other related Behavioral Health field
- At least three (3) years of experience in working with the severely and persistently mentally ill population
- Education and demonstrated competency in assessment, crisis management and stabilization and therapeutic care for mentally impaired adults & individuals who have substance use disorders
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license
- Must complete ACT 101 Training within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities
- Lead the team's daily meeting, assigning new referrals, reviewing crisis situations, and ensuring follow-up care is coordinated across disciplines.
- Provide direct services to consumers – such as therapy, case management, or crisis intervention.
- Ensure that documentation, medication protocols, and treatment plans are carried out with accuracy and integrity.
- Supervise and support team members.
- Assist in scheduling to meet consumer's needs.
- Consult on clinical issues.
- Review service utilization data to keep the program on track.
- Prepare for MiFAST review.
- Review individualized plan of service (IPOS).
- Work with community partners to ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure fidelity to the ACT model while promoting ethical, high-quality services for the people we serve.
