The Clinical Program Director (CLPD) is responsible for the managerial, operational, and administrative duties within the programs in addition to conducting intakes and assessments as well as in home counseling sessions with youth and family and case management as needed. This positions also has oversight of the Male and Female Youth Mentoring Programs for probation involved youth. Youth are referred to program services pending their disposition of court case in the DAP. Youth in the mentoring programs are provided weekly group and individual mentoring sessions through program staff as well as volunteer mentors. Youth mentoring administrative duties include implementing mentor recruitment and retention strategies. The CLPD will ensure compliance with the implementation and adherence to the fidelity of the Youth Mentoring Program and Elements of Effective Mentoring Practices. The CLPD represents Southwest Key Programs in the most positive manner with prospective, former and current youth/families, funding sources, suppliers and the community served. Required to work flexible schedules to facilitate program services. Community Connections typical work schedule 12p-9:00pm Monday-Friday. Youth Mentoring typical work schedule 12p-9:30pm during school months and summer schedule typically 10am-7pm. Some weekends may be required.
