About The Position

The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the administrative / clinical supervision of designated clinical program(s) ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to patients. The Clinical Program Director will provide program development, coordination and implementation of services to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Responsibilities includes procuring information from patients, community, and community liaison team, designing, implementing and managing quality of services to patients. Job responsibilities include marketing the program to referral sources, physicians and the community. The work location for this position is located in Killeen, TX: The Branches Outpatient Services Clinic 1900 E Elms Rd, #203, Killeen, TX, 76542-3359

Requirements

  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in direct mental health service provision (acute inpatient psychiatric health care preferred), with direct experience in case management, family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
  • Must have strong clinical assessment skills.
  • Timely renewal of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for healthcare professional’s certification, annual professional skills verification, and HWC (Handle with Care) behavioral management certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Possess current and active state licensure as a LPC-A, LPC, LMFT, LMSW or LCSW.
  • Combination of education, licensure and experience and/ or student internship hours may be considered.
