About The Position

As the Clinical Pharmacist, you perform ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and must be willing to cover at any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site as needed. You will manage referred patients’ medication therapy and communicate with patients and other pharmacists. You will contribute to the education of pharmacy residents, students, and medical students as needed. The role summary is not exhaustive.

Requirements

• PharmD or BS Pharm with post-2006 experience.
• 1 year of pharmacy experience.
• BLS.
• Registered Pharmacist licensed in good standing in Ohio and Michigan.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of full-time pharmacy practice or PGY1 Pharmacy Residency experience.
• Board Certification and/or additional training in a specialty area.

Responsibilities
