About The Position

The Clinical Pharmacist performs ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and must be willing to cover any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site as needed. The role manages referred patients’ medication therapy and communicates with patients and other pharmacists. The pharmacist also contributes to the education of pharmacy residents, students, and medical students as needed. Requirements

• PharmD or BS Pharm with post-2006 experience.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience.
• BLS certification.
• Registered Pharmacist licensed in good standing in Ohio and Michigan.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of full-time pharmacy practice or PGY1 Pharmacy Residency experience.
• Board Certification and/or additional training in a specialty area.
