About The Position

The Clinical Pharmacist ensures medication profiles are properly managed, reviewed, and verified according to quality standards. The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures and contributing to team capabilities through leadership and follow-up in a call center environment. This is a full-time remote position averaging 40 hours per week, with availability outside normal business hours on an ad hoc basis to meet customer expectations. Schedules may be adjusted to meet position and organizational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active pharmacist license in the state of residence.
• Experience with pharmacist verification work.
• Clinical judgment expertise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions.
• Verify hard-copy and digital prescriptions.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians by phone and email.
• Supervise and execute incoming and outgoing prescription transfers.
• Ensure legal, privacy, and compliance requirements are met.
