About The Position

The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and timely medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes. The role collaborates with healthcare teams to improve pharmacotherapy and support overall community health. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the medication-use system and delivering individualized pharmaceutical care within assigned areas. The position upholds Tampa General Hospital's mission, vision, and values in every aspect of practice. This is a 7-on, 7-off overnight emergency medicine position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Pharmacist license and certification.
• Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience.

Nice To Haves

• PGY1 residency or equivalent hospital experience.
• Emergency Medicine experience.
