You will play a key role in identifying and generating opportunities to grow our services for Atlas Medical, Aegis Home Health, and Aegis Hospice. Your responsibilities will include representing our organization, building meaningful relationships, and delivering impactful presentations on Home Health and Hospice care. Additionally, you will collaborate with our team to achieve monthly goals and ensure the highest standards of service and care. This position requires adaptability and a proactive growth initiative with a commitment to maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional care. Requirements

  • Hospice Clinical background
  • 2+ years of Hospice Referral Relationships
  • Knowledge of local Senior Care Industry, Hospital Case Management, and Skilled Nursing
  • Intuitive, solution-oriented, and driven to achieve goals
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation
  • Proof of current auto insurance & car registration
  • Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help with this)
  • Current CPR Certification (we can help with this) & Negative TB Test (we can test)
