St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI) is seeking a Clinical Outreach Liason to support access to care to our Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs through clinically informed community outreach and referral engagement. This role is responsible for the execution of outreach activities with a strong clinical lens, ensuring referral partners are supported in identifying appropriate level-of-care placements. Working within established outreach priorities, the Liaison will serve as a clinical resource in the community, helping bridge gaps between providers and treatment services. This is a field-based, externally focused role and does not include responsibility for internal program operations, staffing, or clinical service delivery. May entail evening and/or weekend hours for events. The ideal candidate is a clinically trained professional who enjoys community engagement and relationship building. They would possess a strong ability to translate clinical knowledge into practical guidance for referral partners (both clinical and non-clinical). Ideally, they would feel comfortable independently working within established outreach direction and priorities, with a high level of organization and follow-through.
