Clinical Operations Manager

EDEN HEALTH INTERNATIONAL INCAlbuquerque, NM
$65,000 - $110,000Hybrid

About The Position

Eden is tackling America's metabolic health crisis — 80 million Americans affected, $600 billion in annual medical costs — with safe, science-backed treatment and a goal-centric culture built on risk-taking, self-empowerment, and transparency. You'll be the operational anchor for all things clinical content — keeping monographs, Certificates of Analysis, dosing protocols, and prescribing guidelines accurate, centralized, and audit-ready. You'll own documentation workflows, version control, and cross-functional updates with internal teams and pharmacy partners. No pharmacist license required, but you'll need to be highly organized, clinically literate, and comfortable driving complex projects — like a new-product launch — independently in a regulated environment. Our doctors and pharmacists depend on clear, current documentation to deliver safe care. You're the operational owner of that clarity, ensuring every downstream patient touchpoint is grounded in accurate clinical data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Public Health, Biology, Nursing, Chemistry, Health Sciences)
  • 3–7 years in healthcare operations, clinical documentation, or pharmacy support
  • Familiarity with clinical terminology, medication protocols, and health system workflows
  • Self-starter, comfortable owning projects independently in Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or similar

Nice To Haves

  • Telehealth or pharmacy-ops experience; exposure to GLP-1s, metabolic health, or compounding
  • EMR implementation experience; background in 503A/503B compounding
  • Familiarity with FDA, NABP, or medical-legal review processes

Responsibilities

  • Own the centralized repository for monographs, C of A reports, dosing protocols, and physician SOPs, with version control and change logs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between medical partners, pharmacy partners, and internal telehealth ops
  • Partner with Medical, Pharmacy, and Compliance to standardize new protocols and clinical updates
  • Bridge Medical Ops, Pharmacy Ops, and external partners to keep clinical alignment current across Google Drive, Notion, or Airtable
  • Own recurring workflows — protocol updates, document rollouts — end to end, with minimal supervision
  • Support new-product launches from a documentation standpoint and close execution gaps before they create risk
  • Prepare documentation for internal QA and external regulatory audits
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory whenever updates are required

  • Comprehensive health benefits
  • Flexible remote/hybrid schedule
