The BerbeeWalsh Department of Emergency Medicine (DEM) at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health seeks a highly organized and enthusiastic Clinical Operations Coordinator (COC). The COC will play an integral role in continuing DEM's efforts by managing the department’s clinical quality and scheduling portfolio, which is inclusive of faculty, APPs, Med Flight, and learner cohorts. A successful COC is customer service– oriented, collaborative, a team player, and highly organized. They serve as a central resource to the department’s clinical efforts and are instrumental in ensuring the team has the tools and resources needed to improve the health and well-being of Wisconsin and beyond. This position will assist faculty and department leadership in the successful performance of departmental clinical activities. Responsibilities include continuous tracking, prioritizing, organizing, and communicating multiple ongoing initiatives at various stages of progress. The position requires outstanding administrative, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively.
