About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift working Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid position with two days per week at the Administrative Office Building in Middleton, WI and occasionally traveling to other locations for meetings and/or on-site support. We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: Coordinate projects and initiatives supported by the department, including preparation of reports, researching triaging requests and referrals, updating workflows and policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools Provide administrative support for the following initiatives, supported by Care Continuum Teams: Patient support funds Advance care planning Social determinants of health Other projects/programs as needed Aide in the organization and review of incoming requests/referrals and provide timely feedback to ensure departmental staff are able to respond to the needs of patients and families

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support function
  • Previous experience in a health care setting
