About The Position

Naveris, a commercial stage, precision oncology diagnostics company, is seeking a Clinical Oncology Specialist for Florida. This role is crucial in advancing the company's mission to develop and deliver novel diagnostics that transform cancer detection and improve patient outcomes. The company's flagship test, NavDx, is a blood-based DNA test for HPV cancers. This position operates at the intersection of clinical oncology, data, and commercial execution, partnering with senior commercial leaders to drive adoption of NavDx®, strengthen account engagement, and elevate clinical conversations in the field. The specialist will play a key role in defining and scaling this function, working directly with the SVP of Commercialization, and will have high visibility, accountability, and influence across the business.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or a clinical-facing role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a defined geography
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of HIPAA
  • Acceptance and adherence to all policies and standards at Naveris
  • Personally responsible for reporting any suspected violations or abuse
  • Required to complete HIPAA training when joining the company

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to support and expand key oncology accounts
  • Call on and engage: ENT / Head & Neck Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Colorectal Surgeons
  • Serve as a clinical and workflow resource to providers and office staff
  • Leverage longitudinal patient data and reporting to drive meaningful clinical discussions
  • Support account onboarding, workflow integration, and sustained test utilization
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects
  • Build relationships across the full care team (physicians, nurses, administrators)
  • Provide structured field feedback to inform strategy, messaging, and execution
  • Operate independently with strong ownership of the territory
