Sodexo is seeking a High-Level Clinical Nutrition Manager / Registered Dietitian to lead and grow impactful nutrition services at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach, CA. This is a nationally recognized health system offering advanced care across five main institutes: cancer, heart & vascular, neurosciences, orthopedics, and women’s health. This role provides the opportunity to lead and mentor a clinical nutrition team, drive quality and performance initiatives, and partner with clinical leadership in a nationally recognized hospital setting.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian credential
  • 10+ years of progressive management experience, including acute care clinical nutrition
  • Proven supervisory or people management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical nutrition teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills, with a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach
  • Demonstrated experience with regulatory accreditation, regulatory readiness and review, and establishing, implementing, and maintaining standards of care
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
  • Minimum Management Experience - 10 years management experience
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 10 years related functional experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage a clinical nutrition program within the acute care setting
  • Supervise a team of inpatient and outpatient dietitians across four accounts
  • Collaborate on the implementation and management of Sodexo’s meal service program and menu management system
  • Foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development
  • Drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects
