About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager for Jennie Stuart Hospital in Hopkinsville, KY. This role provides leadership and oversight for clinical nutrition services within an acute care hospital setting. The Clinical Nutrition Manager supports patient‑centered care through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, adherence to regulatory and organizational standards, and engagement in quality improvement initiatives. Both new graduate and experienced dietitians are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or registration‑eligible, with Kentucky licensure or license‑eligible status
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in an acute care, interdisciplinary environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate clinical nutrition services for inpatient populations
- Provide direct patient care, including nutrition assessments, care planning, and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and organizational standards
- Support quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics
