Sodexo is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian for a Clinical Nutrition Manager role at Altru Health System in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Requirements

Registered Dietitian credentials with acute care experience and a great clinical knowledge base
Proven supervisory or management experience
Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
Experience with regulatory accreditation and establishing and maintaining standards of care
A strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
3 years as experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 4 Dietitians and 5 Diet Clerks across inpatient and outpatient settings
Drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects
Oversee rollout of department programs and initiatives, as necessary
Facilitate local community and wellness initiatives
Provide training and education to the food service staff, as well as interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
Be the primary liaison with medical and nursing staff and represent the department on hospital wide committees
Serve in a leadership role on the Food and Nutrition Services team and assist in operational management as needed
