About The Position

ECPI University is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to serve as Clinical Nursing Instructors at clinical partner sites in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role offers flexible scheduling, with day or night shifts and weekday or weekend schedules, and full-time or part-time opportunities. Instructors provide clinical instruction and supervision to nursing students, supporting their development through clinical care, labs, simulations, and rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (ACEN or CCNE).
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state where the program is licensed.
• Minimum two years of full-time clinical RN experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree.
• Teaching or presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction and supervision for nursing students in clinical settings.
• Guide students through patient assessments and clinical care processes.
• Support hands-on learning through labs, simulations, and clinical rotations.
• Ensure adherence to clinical site policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records and grading.
