About The Position
ECPI University is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to serve as Clinical Nursing Instructors at clinical partner sites in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role offers day or night shifts and weekday or weekend schedules, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Clinical Nursing Faculty help train future healthcare professionals while continuing to grow professionally. The position provides clinical instruction and supervision, guides students through patient assessments and clinical care, supports practical learning, ensures compliance with clinical-site policies and safety procedures, and evaluates student performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited ACEN- or CCNE-accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state where the program is licensed.
- At least two years of full-time clinical RN experience.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree.
- Teaching or presentation experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical instruction and supervision for nursing students in clinical settings.
- Guide students through patient assessments and clinical care processes.
- Support hands-on learning through labs, simulations, and clinical rotations.
- Ensure adherence to clinical-site policies, safety standards, and procedures.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records and grading.
