Clinical Supervisor Nursing - 0.8 FTE / 11a-7p
About The Position
United Health Services is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor to provide operational oversight while supporting high-quality, patient-centered care. The position is a key clinical and leadership resource for nursing staff, offering guidance, education, problem-solving, and support while helping coordinate day-to-day nursing operations. The supervisor collaborates with nursing leadership, hospital administration, and interdisciplinary teams to promote effective communication, clinical excellence, and a positive patient and employee experience. The role is in Clinical Resources, UHS Hospitals, and is scheduled for 32 hours per week, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Compensation ranges from $44.77 to $67.15 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Three years of progressive nursing experience.
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
- CPR certification within three months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospital setting.
- Professional certification in a related nursing specialty, such as Nursing Administration.
- ACLS certification.
