Clinical Nurse Supervisor
About The Position
White Pine Senior Living is seeking a registered nurse Clinical Nurse Supervisor for its Mendota Heights location. The role is part of the leadership team and is responsible for leading care staff and helping provide high-quality service to residents and their families. The supervisor supports admissions and resident assessments, provides staff training, maintains clinical records, and helps ensure survey readiness. Requirements
- Current nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Lead the care team to ensure high-quality service for residents and their families.
- Complete pre-screens and assessments for new and current residents.
- Follow up on physician’s orders.
- Partner with the Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions.
- Provide ongoing training to staff.
- Maintain the clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate.
- Ensure survey readiness at all times.
- Communicate and interact professionally, respectfully, and kindly.
- Communicate with and assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
