About The Position

White Pine Senior Living is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor for its Inver Grove Heights I location. As part of the leadership team, the supervisor leads care staff and uses nursing skills and knowledge to positively affect residents’ lives. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service to residents and their families, supporting admissions and readmissions, staff training, and clinical documentation and survey readiness. The supervisor is expected to communicate and interact professionally, respectfully, and kindly, including when assisting residents with dementia or related diagnoses. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Current nursing licensure for the state of Minnesota.
Ability to think critically and solve problems.
Strong leadership skills.
Positive attitude.

Experience in assisted living and memory care.

Responsibilities

Lead the care team to ensure high-quality service for residents and their families.
Complete pre-screens and assessments for new and current residents.
Follow up on physicians’ orders.
Partner with the Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions.
Provide ongoing training to staff.
Maintain the clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate.
Ensure survey readiness at all times.
Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
Communicate with and assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
