Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead the care team to ensure high-quality service for residents and their families.
- Complete pre-screens and assessments for new and current residents.
- Follow up on physician orders.
- Partner with the Assisted Living Director and community relations team to complete admissions and readmissions.
- Provide ongoing training to staff.
- Maintain the clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate.
- Ensure survey readiness at all times.
- Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
- Communicate with and assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
