Requirements

  • Active, Unencumbered Minnesota Registered Nurse license
  • Must be able to fluently read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Long-Term Care setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance by overseeing care plans, medication management, documentation, and adherence to assisted living licensure requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to assess residents, develop individualized health and service plans, and support residents through the aging process.
  • Supervise, train, and support unlicensed staff, including competency training, staffing coordination, TB testing, and on-call assistance.
  • Assist with resident admissions, maintain resident records, respond to emergency situations, and partner closely with leadership to support daily community operations.
