Requirements

Active, Unencumbered Minnesota Registered Nurse license
Must be able to fluently read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of experience in a Long-Term Care setting preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance by overseeing care plans, medication management, documentation, and adherence to assisted living licensure requirements.
Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to assess residents, develop individualized health and service plans, and support residents through the aging process.
Supervise, train, and support unlicensed staff, including competency training, staffing coordination, TB testing, and on-call assistance.
Assist with resident admissions, maintain resident records, respond to emergency situations, and partner closely with leadership to support daily community operations.
