About The Position

The Clinical Manager oversees care delivered to patients and families by an interdisciplinary team of clinicians. The role manages round-the-clock clinical operations, supervises the interdisciplinary team, and maintains staffing needed to ensure continuity of care. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky and/or Indiana.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and work effectively within a team in support of organizational objectives.
• Customer-service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a health-related field.
• 3–5 years of hospice or palliative care experience.
