About The Position

Palmetto Infusion is hiring a Clinical Nurse Practitioner to oversee infusions administered in its ambulatory infusion centers. The role supports patients receiving acute and chronic infusion treatments and contributes to a safe, convenient, and compassionate care experience. The position serves the Cumming, Georgia area and may require floating to other clinics for coverage. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturdays as needed. The anticipated pay range is $55–$60 per hour; final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. The role requires maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA policies.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
Hold an active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state or states of practice.
Experience in a family physician setting.
Strong knowledge of chronic disease states and current and emerging therapies.
Hold BLS certification or obtain it upon hire.
Be proficient with partner programs, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to cope calmly with an ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure.
Ability to work as a team member and develop productive, cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

Responsibilities

Oversee infusions being administered in ambulatory infusion centers.
Assist with managing adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
Assist with policy, procedure, and protocol development as needed.
Work collaboratively with nurses, other nurse practitioners, physicians, and other Palmetto Infusion team members.
Perform nursing functions as needed.
Travel to other ambulatory infusion centers when needed for staffing coverage.
Maintain strong knowledge of existing and developing infusion therapies.
Uphold the confidentiality of protected health information and follow HIPAA policies.
