Clinical Neuropsychologist
About The Position
SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical, is seeking a Clinical Neuropsychologist for its Lake St. Louis, MO location. This full-time position offers a compensation of $100k+ based on experience. The Clinical Neuropsychologist will provide care for inpatients, day hospital patients, and outpatients who have experienced stroke, traumatic brain injury, neurosurgery, and other conditions affecting cognition, mood, behavior, and independent functioning. The primary goals are to help patients and families understand and adjust to their injury or illness, and to support the rehabilitation teams in maximizing patient progress.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, EdD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-Accredited program required.
- APA-Approved Clinical Psychology internship, preferably in a medical / health science setting
- Formal postdoctoral training and experience in clinical neuropsychology
- Experience working with an interdisciplinary team in a medical setting
- Missouri license as a Psychologist
