About The Position

Verge Therapy is a clinician-owned and operated practice built on the belief that therapy should be relational, not transactional. We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and client-centered Child/Adolescent Neuropsychologist to join our inclusive team. This is a part-time, salaried position that includes opportunities for bonuses. As a Pediatric Neuropsychologist, you will provide comprehensive neurodevelopmental and neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and emerging adults (typically ages 3–22) with a primary focus on identifying how brain development or injury affects a child’s learning, behavior, and socio-emotional functioning. Priority will be given to candidates with a background in assessing children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (e.g., ADOS-2 training preferred).

Requirements

  • A doctoral degree from an APA-approved Ph.D. or Psy.D. program in Clinical Psychology.
  • Completion of a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology.
  • Current Massachusetts state licensure is required.
  • Board Certification or Board eligibility through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP).
  • A commitment to anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Experience and expertise serving pediatric populations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric (and select adult) neuropsychological evaluations end to end
  • Select batteries, interpret results, and produce clear, high-quality integrated reports
  • Lead feedback sessions families actually understand and act on
  • Provide diagnostic clarity and recommendations that drive school, medical, and treatment planning
  • As we scale: supervise psychometrists/technicians and serve as a clinical consultant to the broader testing team
