Flagstaff Center of Bone and JFlagstaff, AZ
$20 - $23Onsite

About The Position

Flagstaff Bone and Joint has been providing exceptional orthopedic care to Northern Arizona since 1978. As a private, physician-owned practice, we are proud to combine clinical excellence with a people-first culture where team members are respected, supported, and empowered to make a meaningful difference every day. Our team includes a diverse group of orthopedic specialists and dedicated professionals who work collaboratively to care for the full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions. We have specialists in sports medicine, joint replacement, spine surgery, PM&R, foot and ankle surgery, and hand surgery. We bring deep expertise to every patient interaction while fostering a strong employee culture, operational excellence, and shared success across our organization. We also provide integrated ancillary services for patient convenience in one location, including Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, Custom Bracing, and Occupational and Physical Therapy. This connected care model allows our team to deliver a seamless experience for patients, which also includes the Flagstaff Bone and Joint Surgery Center, located right next to our Flagstaff clinic. In addition, we have clinic locations in Kingman and Cottonwood. At Flagstaff Bone and Joint, our culture is built on shared values that shape how we work, support one another, and care for our patients. We work with integrity, lead with compassion, and prioritize an exceptional patient experience. We believe every team member adds value and deserves to feel valued, recognized, and empowered to do excellent work. We foster success in ourselves and others, create a sense of belonging rooted in respect and without judgment, and stay innovative enough to grow while remaining cost conscious and responsible. Most of all, we love what we do—and it shows in the care we provide and the way we show up for each other every day. Core Ideology: Always respect patients’ time and money while fostering a culture of excellence. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Medical Assistant to work within the clinical services team, and supporting our providers. This MA will provide day-to-day patient and provider support while continuing to learn how to drive excellence. The right candidate is someone who has already worked as a Medical Assistant before (certified, preferred) and is ready to advance their medical assisting career in a demanding, fast-paced orthopedic environment. This is a hands-on patient-care role perfect for an MA who is used to being relied on to excel in a medical environment like this. There will be on-the-job training, which will set success markers and goals for learning, building trust, communicating and ultimately being the clinical support for our providers.
