Job Summary:The Clinical Marketing and Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for pre-screening participant candidates, as well as leads GoodNature marketing and recruiting in support of our novel donor derived products. This role also supports the donor collection facility and serves as a cross functional lead for managing participant experience, in collaboration with the on-site Commercial and Clinical Trial teams. The Clinical Marketing and Recruitment Specialist will also be responsible for managing the marketing operations budget, community engagement strategy, support of clinical trial recruitment, projects and metrics/reporting, including but not limited to version control of new and existing collaterals, donor experience surveys and email and complaint review and escalation. This role will also manage the donor website and digital ad collateral, as well as engagement with vendors and onsite support at the Donation Collection Facility. This role is a hybrid-based opportunity that will work 2 days a week onsite at our Facility Office in Lower-Gwynedd, Pennsylvania and 3 days a week from home.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical or Life Sciences preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in Clinical Recruiting or Sales is required, preferably in a Plasma or Blood Donation center.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required.
  • Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).
  • Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work through change management and business transformation is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working and engaging with local communities in developing participant-referral programs is preferred.
  • Current or prior Project Management experience a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems including Salesforce is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Complete phone screens of a pipeline of leads and meet due date goals.
  • Clearly, accurately, and consistently convey requirements of participating in the donor program and clinical studies.
  • Follow-up with participants who become inactive, investigate cause, and request their return to the program. Monitor donor candidate and new donor queue together with recruitment and retention team weekly to ensure new donor pool aligns with goals.
  • Execute donor retention and recognition programs and validate and enter payments due monthly.
  • Cultivate a culture of community and referrals in the local donor population.
  • Maintain detailed records and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve recruitment and retention workflows using available digital tools and technologies while maintaining operational effectiveness.
  • Manage communication and collaboration coordinating appointment schedules and hand offs upon deferral with designated on-site team and partner on improvements to ensure world class participant experience.
  • Create, manage and train donor operations and clinical recruitment teams on new donor-facing collateral as needed.
  • Manage version control and obtain approvals for all public facing materials.
  • Develop donor swag, business card updates, and partner outreach booth materials.
  • Develop donor appreciation marketing programs in collaboration with donor facing teams at the donor collection facility.
  • Manage the promotional items budget, inventory maintenance and ordering, budget adherence and reporting.
  • Review and management of donor candidate email and/or complaints and public inquiries through the GoodNature program website.
  • Respond to inquiries leveraging messaging templates, compliance policies, and drive best practices for proper escalation as needed.
  • Collect and report donor experience metrics and manage participant experience survey execution and continuous improvements and reporting.
  • Support new employee training to provide insight into the GoodNature program and update public facing educational materials at the donation collection facility through reception screens and any other on site collateral that can encourage Google reviews, participation in R&D and/or the referral program.
  • Drive continual improvement of campaign, metrics, tracking, geotargeting, and donor candidate experience as well as successful donor candidate criteria through effective use of approved digital and AI-enabled tools, while validating outputs for accuracy and relevance.
  • Support vendor management and SOWs for function area.
  • Maintain candidate database and opt/in approvals for use to support current and future healthy donor material needs and potential R&D studies.
  • Update key performance indicators in alignment with company and functional goals; maintain and report applicable department and quality metrics specific to prescreening of applicants through assay results.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions and support adoption of new digital tools, processes, and reporting capabilities that improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
  • Track and report complaints and participant experience.
  • Collaborate with retention team on-site in account management process with weekly confirmation of lifestyle related characteristics that may affect reliability and consistent adherence to donor program expectations.
