About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Manager in its Bethlehem, Pennsylvania office, which provides in-home care to adult clients. The role supports high-quality care by leading, mentoring, and developing clinical staff, while helping ensure positive patient outcomes and compliance. The Clinical Manager conducts client assessments and supervisory visits in the field, develops individualized care plans, and oversees their implementation. The position also supports staff onboarding, training, and ongoing education, and collaborates with office leadership on operational and clinical goals. A Monday–Friday schedule is offered.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience working with adult clients.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and support clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits in the field.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to support quality, compliance, and positive patient outcomes.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Participate in training and development for new nurses.
• Coordinate and provide ongoing education and in-service training for field staff.
• Collaborate with office leadership to support operational and clinical goals.
