About The Position

Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients with life-limiting illnesses. Clinical Managers meet patients and families in settings where they are most comfortable, including private homes, long-term care communities, assisted living residences, and hospitals. The role takes a holistic approach to patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and works collaboratively with family members and caregivers to honor patients’ and loved ones’ needs and wishes with dignity and respect.

Requirements

• Active RN license, or ability to activate one, in the state or states where the employee operates.
• Active CPR certification.
• Hospice or palliative care experience.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership or charge nurse position, or related experience.
• Two years of recent clinical experience in hospice, oncology, home health, or public health nursing.
• Home access to the internet.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience is preferred.
• Hospice and Palliative Registered Nurse Certification (CHPN) is preferred, or the ability to obtain it within 24 months of employment.
