We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to support and lead a multidisciplinary clinical team while helping shape a safe, trauma-informed environment for children, adolescents, and families.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution
- LMSW, LSCSW, LMFT, LCMFT, LPC, or LCPC (or equivalent approved licensure)
- Active clinical license required
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Minimum of three years of supervised experience providing therapy to children and/or adolescents
- Experience with individual, family, and group therapy
- Coursework in child/adolescent development and counseling
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, coaching, and evaluation of clinical staff
- Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed
- Support utilization review processes, including recertifications and referrals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (KDADS, The Joint Commission, DCF, COA)
- Monitor documentation quality and implement process improvements
- Conduct staff meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Support development and implementation of clinical programs
- Provide crisis intervention and guidance on complex cases
- Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and community partners
- Represent Camber in the community and promote services
