About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to support and lead a multidisciplinary clinical team while helping shape a safe, trauma-informed environment for children, adolescents, and families.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution
  • LMSW, LSCSW, LMFT, LCMFT, LPC, or LCPC (or equivalent approved licensure)
  • Active clinical license required
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Minimum of three years of supervised experience providing therapy to children and/or adolescents
  • Experience with individual, family, and group therapy
  • Coursework in child/adolescent development and counseling
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision, coaching, and evaluation of clinical staff
  • Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed
  • Support utilization review processes, including recertifications and referrals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (KDADS, The Joint Commission, DCF, COA)
  • Monitor documentation quality and implement process improvements
  • Conduct staff meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Support development and implementation of clinical programs
  • Provide crisis intervention and guidance on complex cases
  • Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and community partners
  • Represent Camber in the community and promote services
