This role involves partnering with the COO and the Manager of Clinical Operations and Training to conduct clinic audits, optimize patient care, ensure adherence to best evidence of care guidelines, and increase clinical production. The manager will also be responsible for conducting regular clinical team meetings, including CPR training, clinical CE events, and training on new technologies and equipment. A key aspect of the position is facilitating the use of information technology and preparing staff for an evolving healthcare landscape. The Clinical Manager will implement and enforce clinical protocols, measure key operational metrics, oversee new service implementations, and manage clinical training and evaluation programs for field technicians. This includes identifying training needs, reviewing testing procedures, providing ongoing training and competency testing, ensuring equipment maintenance, and offering continuing education resources. The role also involves troubleshooting pre-surgery issues, following up on medical emergencies, mediating disputes among clinical employees, and supporting the practice manager when absent. The manager is expected to stay current with certification requirements, participate in ongoing education, develop personal action plans, and conduct self-evaluations.
