Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with only general supervision
  • Minimum Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license
  • 3+ years (5+ years preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA
  • Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation
  • Background check, tuberculosis test, LiveScan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance
  • Comfortable working in home, community, school, clinic, and military base environments
  • Comfortable working in group settings and leading small groups of staff and clients
  • Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, database software, project management software
  • Highly organized
  • Professional, positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs
  • 5+ years training and/or education related to ASD

Responsibilities

  • Provides timely and accurate assessments to clients in the clinic, home, community, or on telehealth
  • Utilizes evidence-based ABA assessment techniques
  • Transitions clients from initial intake to their treatment team and monitor utilization of recommended hours during the first authorization period
  • Assists the Vice President of Clinical Service Delivery and Assessment Coordinator with on-going trainings
  • Reviews treatment overview, processes, and expectations with the family.
  • Keep the care team updated regarding status of assessment
  • Prepares and submits a final ABA assessment report using approved case-specific templates
  • Stays informed of ABA assessment and evaluation techniques and tools by attending ongoing trainings
  • Reviews quarterly outcome data from their region and collaborates on clinical strategy elevation
  • Assists Clinical Director with supporting challenging clinical cases to influence positive outcomes
