About The Position
The Clinical Manager, RN is responsible for nursing practice, personnel management, and staff development in the Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic. The role ensures clinical operations align with quality care standards and physician satisfaction goals. Primarily focused on management and sound clinical decision-making, the manager also maintains clinical proficiency to support the team on the floor as needed and fosters teamwork and unit pride.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; an associate's degree is accepted for grandfathered candidates.
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS and PALS certifications, plus other certifications as necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Psychiatry experience preferred.
