BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to join our Adult Nursing and Pediatric Skilled Home Care office in Erie, PA. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on nursing experience required
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Nice To Haves

• Previous home care, home health, pediatric, or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care
• Conduct in-home client assessments throughout Erie, PA and surrounding communities
• Develop individualized plans of care and oversee their implementation
• Provide clinical supervision and support to field nurses
• Ensure compliance with company policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Conduct skills validations and competency assessments for new and tenured staff
• Collaborate with office leadership to support quality outcomes and operational goals
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff, clients, and families
