Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with only general supervision.
  • Minimum Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license.
  • 3+ years of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
  • Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation.
  • Background check, tuberculosis test, LiveScan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance.
  • Comfortable working in home, community, school, clinic, and military base environments.
  • Comfortable working in group settings and leading small groups of staff and clients.
  • Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, database software, project management software.
  • Highly organized.
  • Professional, positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years preferred of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs.
  • 5+ years training and/or education related to ASD.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly evaluating the treatment progression of client programs through in-person observation, review of data, and direct communication with assigned staff.
  • Delivering verbal and written feedback to staff to ensure clients are progressing in alignment with their treatment plans.
  • Maintaining a small to moderate caseload.
  • Assisting Clinical Director(s) with intervention on clinical cases to influence positive outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the Program Manager on client cohort progress and communication to payor.
  • Evaluating clinical quality of assigned cases by providing consultation and supervision and communicating with Behavioral Interventionists (BI’s) and parents/caregivers for feedback.
  • Providing collaboration on cases that are not progressing in alignment with their treatment plan or facing significant barriers to progress.
  • Participating on cases that need advanced clinical consultation by working alongside the treatment team to modify treatment plans.
  • Communicating with parents regarding any clinical concerns related to the client program.
  • Providing parent training workshops and services.
  • Attending IEP meetings (as approved by funding sources or as needed).
  • Monitoring and providing input regarding outcome data, with support of the Director of Client Outcomes, in their region including standardized assessment trends, level of service recommendation trends, length of time in treatment trends, and transition status trends.

  • Total Compensation Range: $101,000 – $105,000 annually (plus up to $30,000 in annual incentives based on performance)
