The Clinical Manager at PAX Health is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical and operational functions across multiple states to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant service delivery. This role provides leadership and support to Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) and clinical staff, while managing operational workflows including payroll coordination, PTO oversight, onboarding, training, recruitment, and performance management. The Clinical Manager partners closely with Clinical and Operational Leadership to monitor multi-state KPIs, address clinical and operational challenges, support crisis management efforts, and implement process improvements that enhance patient care, staff support, and overall program performance. The Clinical Manager may also provide direct clinical services as determined by leadership and organizational needs. On-site as business needs require, may be asked to report to any of the Company’s locations.
