About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring full-time Clinical Manager to lead our residential care clinical team at our Ascott Gardens facility in Orange. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the driving force behind high-quality, person-centred care. You will empower nursing staff, provide clinical guidance, and champion excellence across all aspects of care delivery. Requirements

  • Current AHPRA nursing registration
  • Minimum 4 years post-registration experience, including 3+ years in a relevant specialty
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership capability with a strong coaching and development focus
  • Flexible, proactive, and people-centred approach

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within aged care services
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Palliative Care, or Education
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based care and clinical systems

Responsibilities

  • Leading clinical care delivery in line with best-practice standards
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing staff to build a strong team culture
  • Driving continuous quality improvement and innovation in resident care
  • Overseeing clinical documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to maintain a safe, positive, and supportive care environment
