Based in Melbourne you will be a key member of our dynamic Sales Team, and play a vital role in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, negotiating agreements, delivering product training and support, and consistently exceeding customer expectations. Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales (healthcare or aged care experience is highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • A genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, working closely with Account Managers
  • Act as a trusted advisor and product expert, providing tailored advice, solutions, and ongoing support
  • Plan and deliver equipment training programs in partnership with Account Managers
  • Conduct customer visits (both face-to-face and virtual) to present solutions and provide training
  • Promote the features and benefits of Cubro’s equipment and services to current and potential customers
  • Generate and follow up on leads through networking, clinical visits, and proactive outreach
  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities through effective negotiation
  • Represent Cubro at industry expos, conferences, and trade shows
