About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Liaison to drive patient growth through consistent, in-person engagement with healthcare referral partners. This is a field-based, revenue-generating role focused on building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, group homes, and community care organizations. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our Home Medication Monitoring Program, along with additional pharmacy services such as compounding. Success in this position is rooted in consistency, visibility, and trust-building—not one-time interactions.

Requirements

Background in healthcare (pharmacy, nursing, or related field) or B2B sales (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, home care)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with a high level of daily field activity
Organized, self-motivated, and reliable

Nice To Haves

International healthcare experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Conduct daily in-person visits to hospitals, clinics, and care facilities
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, discharge planners, and case managers
Establish a consistent presence across key referral sites
Identify and develop new referral opportunities
Generate referrals for home medication monitoring and related services
Follow up on leads and convert referrals into active patients
Coordinate patient onboarding with the pharmacy team
Promote services including home monitoring, daily dispensing, and compounding
Organize and participate in educational sessions (e.g., lunch-and-learns)
Maintain accurate records of visits, referrals, and outcomes using CRM tools
Provide weekly activity and performance reports
Work closely with the Pharmacy Manager and internal team
Participate in training sessions and joint field visits
