About The Position

ChristianaCare is actively recruiting for a Clinical Leader role at the Family Medicine Center at Foulk Road location. This position is ideal for Family Medicine Physicians interested in clinical leadership and providing high-quality care at one of ChristianaCare’s main teaching sites. The role involves clinical teaching for a 27-resident program, precepting residents during outpatient care, and developing medical leadership skills within the Academic arm of the Primary Care Service Line. The position requires collaboration with population health, quality and safety, and operational leadership to ensure patient well-being. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical teaching to a 27-resident program.
• Precept residents during outpatient care.
