About The Position
ChristianaCare is actively recruiting for a Clinical Leader role at the Family Medicine Center at Foulk Road location. This position is ideal for Family Medicine Physicians interested in clinical leadership and providing high-quality care at a main teaching site. The role involves providing clinical teaching to a 27-resident program and precepting residents during outpatient care. The Clinical Leader will develop medical leadership skills within the Academic arm of the Primary Care Service Line and collaborate with population health, quality and safety, and operational leadership. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership at the Family Medicine Center at Foulk Road.
- Provide high quality, excellent care.
- Provide clinical teaching to a 27-resident program.
- Precept residents during outpatient care.
- Develop medical leadership skills within the Academic arm of the Primary Care Service Line.
- Connect with population health, quality and safety and operational leadership to keep patients safe and healthy.
