Requirements

Broad knowledge of various patient scheduling modalities.
Subject matter expert in at least three areas beyond medical oncology scheduling (surgery, IR, SCTU, GI, urology, radiation, etc.).

Responsibilities

Serves as a subject matter expert for various patient scheduling modalities.
Performs scheduling duties.
Partners with department leadership to effectively oversee day-to-day operations.
Assists with implementing Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
Assists with implementing Stakeholder competencies.
Assists with training.
Assists with staffing.
Assists with process improvements.
Assists with issue resolution.
Maintains department productivity metrics.
