About The Position

We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory professional for a 13-week assignment. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty and proficiency with Cerner. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sysmex and CellaVision systems and ideally have worked in a large hospital laboratory (600+ beds) due to the high workload and pace. Experience with complex samples such as turbid specimens, platelet clumps, and abnormal cell findings is important. The role also involves performing differentials accurately, especially given the facility's large neonatal units. Candidates must be competent in these areas to minimize training time.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience within specialty.
• Cerner Experience.
• ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification.
• Experience using Sysmex and CellaVision systems.
• Experience in a large hospital laboratory (600+ beds).
• Competency in performing differentials accurately.
• Familiarity with managing complex samples (turbid specimens, platelet clumps, abnormal cell findings).
