About The Position
Hospital located near York, Nebraska is seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Laboratory Manager to join their team! The Clinical Laboratory Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Laboratory, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality laboratory services to hospital patients while adhering to established financial and budgetary guidelines. Serves as a resource and provides support and guidance to Laboratory staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- ASCP or AMT Certification
- At least 4 years of clinical laboratory experience
- At least 2 years of laboratory leadership (Supervisor, Lead, Manager, Director, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Laboratory
- Ensures the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality laboratory services to hospital patients
- Adheres to established financial and budgetary guidelines
- Serves as a resource and provides support and guidance to Laboratory staff
