About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technologist to support a hospital-based Pathology Department with a strong focus on Chemistry Laboratory operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate diagnostic testing, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting high standards of patient care through effective laboratory management.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant clinical laboratory experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Chemistry Laboratory operations
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a laboratory setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or Physical Sciences OR Minimum 5 years of equivalent clinical laboratory experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Active Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) license or qualification (required)

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2 years overseeing laboratory operations
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong background in hospital or acute care laboratory environments
• Solid understanding of clinical lab procedures, compliance, and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee clinical laboratory testing and diagnostic procedures
• Supervise daily operations within the Chemistry Laboratory
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain accuracy, reliability, and quality control of lab results
• Coordinate laboratory workflow and support staff supervision
• Monitor laboratory equipment, supplies, and operational processes
• Provide training, guidance, and oversight to laboratory personnel
• Participate in quality improvement and process enhancement initiatives
