About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform laboratory testing and analysis to support patient diagnosis, treatment, and care. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting and hold an active state licensure.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
- Active Clinical Laboratory Technologist license issued by a state regulatory authority.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related discipline.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
- Analyze and interpret test results with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory activities and results.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support clinical decision-making.
- Follow proper procedures for specimen collection, handling, processing, and storage.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes.
