About The Position
Provide phlebotomy assistance when needed, receiving and processing of specimens prior to testing, performing limited laboratory waived testing, prepare samples for send-out, answer lab phone calls and respond to customer concerns/questions promptly, participate in inventory management, and assist with moderate complexity testing where applicable.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 – 12 months experience
- Phlebotomy competency/experience
- Clinical Laboratory Assistant (CLA) certification
- Phlebotomy certification/training
