Clinical Laboratory Application Analyst
About The Position
CTG is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Applications Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise laboratory information systems across a complex multi-site healthcare environment. This role will serve as a technical and functional expert for Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP) applications, laboratory interfaces, middleware solutions, and instrument integrations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience supporting laboratory operations, translating clinical workflows into technical solutions, and leading large-scale implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives. This individual will partner closely with laboratory leadership, pathologists, clinicians, and IT teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable laboratory technology solutions.

Responsibilities
- Configure, build, implement, and maintain Epic Beaker AP and CP applications.
- Support laboratory workflows across multiple hospitals, laboratories, and outpatient locations.
- Support specimen collection, processing, result reporting, pathology workflows, and laboratory operations.
- Analyze business and clinical requirements and translate them into system designs and technical solutions.
